Diplomatic Visa Information

Diplomatic Visa

Eligibility:

• Multiple-entry visa.

• Valid for 3 months prior to departure.

• Allows a stay of up to 30 days upon entry to Cambodia, with the option for extension.

• Applicants must hold a diplomatic passport to qualify.

Requirements:

1. Visa Application Form (Download Here)

    • A completed and signed Visa Application Form (one copy).

      • One recent passport-sized photo (35mm x 45mm), taken within the last 6 months.

      2. Passport Validity

        • Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry to Cambodia.

          • Blank pages: At least 2 blank pages must be available in the passport.

          • 3. Supporting Documents
            • • Official letter or Note Verbale.
            • • Address and contact number in Cambodia.
          • 4. Applicant(s) Traveling with Dependent(s)
            • • The official letter or note must include the names of dependent(s).
            • • A copy of the parent’s marriage certificate or other proof documents.
            • • A copy of each dependent's birth certificate.
          • 5. Processing Time
            • • 3 to 5 working days.

          How to Apply:

          • 1. Apply in Person
            • • Processing time: 3 working days.
            • • Please call us to book an appointment to apply for a visa at the Embassy during business hours.

          2. Apply by Post

          • Processing time: 3 working days.

            • You may apply for a visa by post, but the Embassy does not take responsibility for any loss of documents in transit. We strongly recommend using a certified mail service with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of applications and passports sent to the Consular Section.

              • Applicants need to arrange a collection service from a local company to collect their passports from the Embassy and return them to their address. If the applicants request the Embassy to drop off their passports at the local post office, an additional charge will apply along with the standard visa fee. All postal costs are the responsibility of the applicant.

              Visa Exemptions:
