Official Visa
Eligibility:
- Single-entry visa.
- Valid for 3 months before the departure date.
- Allows a stay of up to 30 days upon entering Cambodia, with the option for extension.
- Applicants must hold an official passport to qualify for an official visa.
Requirements:

- A completed and signed Visa Application Form (1 copy).
- One recent passport-sized photo (35mm x 45mm), taken within the last 6 months.
Passport Validity
- Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry to Cambodia.
- Blank pages: At least 2 blank pages must be available in the passport.
Supporting Documents
- Official letter or note from the relevant department or diplomatic mission.
- Address and contact number in Cambodia.
Method of Payment
- Visa fee can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.

- 3 to 5 working days.

You can apply for a visa using the following options:
Apply in Person
- Processing time: 3 working days.
- Please call us to book an appointment to apply for a visa at the Embassy during business hours.
Apply by Post
- Processing time: 3 working days.
- You may apply for a visa by post; however, the Embassy is not responsible for any loss of documents in transit. We strongly recommend using a certified mail service with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of applications and passports sent to the Consular Section.
- Applicants need to arrange a collection service with a local company to retrieve their passports from the Embassy and deliver them to their address. If applicants request the Embassy to drop off their passports at the local post office, an additional charge will apply on top of the standard visa fee. All postal costs are the responsibility of the applicant.
